Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Didi Walson-Jack, has expressed deep appreciation to Nigerian workers, especially civil servants, for their dedication and patriotism.
In a message commemorating International Workers’ Day on Thursday, Walson-Jack praised the resilience and commitment of civil servants, describing them as the foundation of national progress.
“Today serves as a reminder that through unity, innovation, and excellence, we can overcome any challenge and build a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria,” she stated.
She encouraged workers to continue upholding the highest standards of professionalism, productivity, integrity, and public service.
“May your efforts be greatly rewarded, and may our nation continue to thrive through your dedication. Happy Workers’ Day,” she concluded.
International Workers’ Day is observed globally every year on May 1 to honor the contributions of workers.
