Director General of the Mining Cadastre Office, MCO, Engr. Obadiah Simon Nkom, has yesterday, been conferred with a prestigious Fellowship Award by the Nigerian Association of Exploration Geophysicists, NAEG, for Geoscientists and Engineers at their ongoing 3rd Annual International Conference, holding from 17th-21th August, 2025, in Abuja.
This esteemed recognition is a testament to Nkom’s outstanding contributions to the field of geoscience and his tireless efforts in promoting the development of Nigeria’s mineral resources.
According to a press release signed by Patrick Chika Osuji, Head of Press, Mining Cadastre Office, the NAEG Fellowship Award is a distinguished honor reserved for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication to the advancement of exploration geophysics.
